Returns
 

We accept returns for eligible items within [15–30 days] of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. To start an exchange, please contact us at [Your Email Address] within the return window.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing may take time).
